Abstract
This study aims to analyze the management of outstanding programs and their role in improving the quality of madrasah at Sulamul Huda Elementary School. The research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving school leaders, teachers, students, and parents. Data analysis was conducted using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through triangulation techniques. The findings indicate that the management of outstanding programs is implemented through systematic planning, effective organization, continuous supervision, and regular evaluation. The programs include academic excellence development, religious character education, extracurricular activities, and student talent enhancement. These programs have positively impacted the quality of the madrasah, as reflected in improved student achievement, stronger character development, enhanced institutional reputation, and increased community trust. The success of the programs is supported by strong leadership, teacher commitment, parental participation, and adequate facilities, although challenges such as financial limitations and differences in student abilities remain. The study concludes that effective management of outstanding programs significantly contributes to improving madrasah quality. Sustainable program development, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous evaluation are necessary to maintain educational excellence and ensure long-term institutional improvement
